LA allows them to: Ability to access more than 2000 monographs (the majority of the information nurses need at the point of care) without reviewing an extended list of various books and articles that contain information on the topic searched. LA: Core nursing topics needed in daily workflow are available quickly for point of care needs. They can get to the information they need quickly. MNC- nurses need to make a decision which journal or book would have the information they need and then navigate there and then determine what information is relevant. All core topics are available as monographs with LA. Mosby information requires book or journal search primarily.
