For all patients, post-therapy FDG-PET response correlated with overall recurrence risk (p<0.0001) and cause-specific survival (p<0.0001) Cervical cancer patients treated with FDG- PET/CT-guided IMRT have improved survival and less treatment-related toxicity compared with patients treated with non-IMRT radiotherapy.
