In the second contest, EC rallied from a 3-0 deficit in grand style by exploding for 10 runs in the fourth inning and held on to gain the split. The EC offense accounted for 12 hits in the victory; .with four Lady Diamond Warriors blasting home runs. Smith led EC at the plate with a home run, two singles and two RBis. Other top sluggers were Hillie, home run, single and four RBis; and Brass and Griffin, who each homered, sin– gled and collected two RBis. Kennedy. Schmidt and Tiffany Thomas of Union added singles each. Chandler picked up the win as she allowed eight runs on 13 hits.
