What is your design phi losophy? To provide as much sustainable design as possible, in a way that works wi th our cl ient ’s vision and budget. I always work wi th and include my cl ients throughout the design process, to ensure together we arrive at a solution that makes sense for them, whi le maintaining the highest level of qual i ty. Do you have experience with “green” or sustainable design? As a LEED AP BD+C, I have the training and experience to guide our cl ients through the process of sustainable design. Even i f our cl ients do not speci f ical ly ask for a sustainable design, I try to incorporate as much as possible, working wi thin our cl ient ’s budget. I f sustainable design technologies are implemented, do upfront costs exist that may af fect the construct ion budget? Sustainable Design Technologies may have an upfront cost. Par t of the design process is to review and analyze what technologies make sense f inancial ly and how to best implement them.
