Consistency is the key word for these Awesome X-weight cloth belts. Consistent finishing of your metal parts. Often called “Gator” belts. Maintains uniformity while you refine grind lines, remove scale and finish. Contain a ‘grinding aid’ which helps keep the belts cool as you grind. Outlast standard belts three times over.

Grind and sand more efficiently with fewer belt changes. Cubitron II is enhanced with a special grinding aid, increasing preformance on stainless steel and other exotic alloys. Heat sensitive metals stay cooler for less rework. This is the “Orange” belt that lasts and lasts. Can be used wet or dry.

Ideal for cleaning, deburring and blending tool marks. Remove surface imperfections quickly and easily. You can create a very nice satin finished scratch pattern on your blades and other metal parts with these belts. Coarse = 60-120 grit, Medium = 150-220 grit, Fine = 220-320 grit, Very Fine = 400-600 grit, Super Fine = 800-1,000 grit.

Our J-Flex belts are flexible, aluminum oxide material. Great on contoured workpieces. Use on your stainless and high alloy steels as well as on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
