Satin finish stainless steel blades are pre-drilled to be triple riveted for extra strength. Polished and honed edges offer superior sharpness. Hollow ground from 440-C surgical stainless steel, our Kitchen Cutlery Blades are properly heat treated and sharpened to a fine edge. A favorite of custom knifemakers throughout the world.
