Ulu knives have been used for thousands of years. Originally developed with blades of rock or bone by the Eskimo, this blade has evolved from a rough scraping blade to an extremely useful kitchen tool, used for cutting meats, vegetables, filleting fish and skinning game. Our Ulu blades are made of stainless steel ground to a fine cutting edge. Three styles are available.
