Sewing your own sheath is easier than ever with our premium leather sheath kits. Customize your sheath with your own designs by tooling and stamping the leather while it is still flat. Jantz Premium leather sheath kits are constructed from 8-9 oz. vegetable tanned top grain leather. Kit includes the pre- cut leather and instructions. Items to aid in completing the kits are listed below.

All our leather and leather products are 100% natural vegetable tanned top grain cowhide. Excellent for molding, tooling, stamping, embossing. Works well with dye, oil and antique finishes giving uniform color. It is ideal for sheaths, belts, holsters, cases and many other craft projects.

Just what you need to make a “stacked leather” handle for your hidden tang blade. Oval shaped, each measures approximately 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" thick the notch is .158" x .450" cut into the center making it very easy to slip onto the tang.
