Green Room in White House Teacher Notes: State: “This room is in the White House. It is called the Green Room.” • Yes/No: Is this room in the White House? Is this a bedroom? Kitchen? Green room? Is the green room a sitting room? Do you see paintings? Are they on the floor? Wall? Is there a couch in the room? Candles? • Point: candle, Obama, door, painting, table, painting, green chairs, striped couch • Questions: What color are the walls? What is hanging on the walls? Who is looking at the wall? What furniture is in the room? • Connect: Do you like the room? Do you have paintings in your house? Do you have green walls in your house? Do you like this room? Why? What is your favorite thing in the room? What can people do in that room?

Bedroom in White House

Is this room in the White House? • Point: pillows, lamp, curtains, painting, pink walls, pink roses, bench, desk, ceiling, floor • Questions: What color is this room? How many pillows are on the bed? What is hanging on the wall? Where is this room? • Connect: Do you like this room? Who would like this room? Why?
