Conclusion We evaluated the performance of an automatic 3D U-Net segmentation in terms of dosimetric parameters, highlighting the importance of not limiting evaluation to DSC and HD parameters. Based on that we conclude that automatic segmentation is sufficiently accurate to not cause significant deviations in dosimetric outcomes.
