Managing and planning. These two distinct traits reflect a heart leadership. These people require predictable circumstances and are not attracted to spontaneous or new start-up activities. A planner seeks to look way into the future and may enjoy rich results from praying in that direction. A person gifted at managing is concerned with the cooperation of all concerned in the pursuit of a goal and theref o re will be supportive of interpersonal cooperation. This person may have a prayer burden for relational unity and harmony among believers. Helping and nurturing. What a gift God has provided in those special saint,; who bring soothing oil to om hurts! Their prayers of compassion and mercy can cause supernat­ ural healing restoration, both emotional and physical. Their greatest fulfillment is in finding and helping those are hurting and who need encouragement. We are all instructed to pray for each but these people are gifted at intercession.
