Sash Window Simplex Kit • Simplex kits provide the perfect solution for cleaning inaccessible sash windows • They do not interfere with the normal operation/appearance of the window • The slotted hinges are located onto the baton rod adjacent to the bottom sash. With the bottom sash lifted slightly, position 2 screws/studs onto the bottom sash just above the slot.When the sash is lowered the screws locate into the slotted hinges & become hinged • When the baton rod screw is removed, the internal bead can then be hinged back out of the way to release the lower sash which can then be swung into the room giving access to the glass from both sides • The cord clutch & grip both support the sash weight once the window is accessed • Contains: 1 x cord clutch, 1 x cord grip, 2 x slotted hinges, 2 x staff bead hinges, 1 x staff bead screw
