The Korean joint venture between POSCO and SeAH Special Steel, POS – SeAH Steel Wire (Nantong) Co Ltd, located near Shanghai, has placed an order with Ebner for the second expansion phase of the existing bell annealer facility. This is to anneal hot rolled and cold formed steel wire in straight hydrogen or nitrogen atmosphere.
