Amazon Fresh

The ad above ran over the 4 th of July holiday on the Amazon Fresh homepage, rotating with several ads from large companies like Coca Cola. The marketing support helped gain and support national distribution for ten California cheeses.

IDDBA

• The IDDBA is increasingly becoming an important show for us internationally as well as domestically. Our international representatives from Mexico, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam and China hosted over 20 guests at the show. In addition to multiple meetings with processors, CMAB was able to host a reception for our international guests, staff and board members. • Mike Levy led a 1 ½ hour face to face with Greg Salazar at HEB. We discussed in-store and digital coupon events through end of the year and then visited every booth within the CA exhibit together. HEB will be adding items from Rizo Lopez and is in pursuit of Rumiano and Gallo for a private label, rBST free commodity line for his delis. • We also sat down with 3 top executives at Hy-Vee (VP of Perishables, VP Deli, VP of Marketing) and discussed a California Cheese Month promotion including digital coupon opportunities and we committed to visit Des Moines for store tours before end of 2018. • Mike Levy met with Spec’s, liquor/grocery chain in Texas. They are looking to expand CA lines of cheese, and requesting coupon support. They have 200 stores total, with cheese in about 80. • We had good meetings with Slingshot, Marin French/St. Benoit, and Fit Pro to better understand their direction and plan new distribution support for H2 2018.
