Mr. Mark San Andres is requesting CMAB to connect him to Mr. Jon Gainini of Harbyrco for shipment details. • ALL DAY sent their merchandising manager, Ms. Judith Tud, to represent them at the IDDBA in New Orleans. She is very interested in Sierra Nevada cheese because of the taste and the long shelf life (9 months). They want to feature Sierra Nevada in their gourmet section and make it exclusive to All Day. She is asking for CMAB’s assistance to refer her to an exporter, so they can start bringing in said brand. All Day has 12 branches in the Philippines. • Landers Superstore sent their buyer, Mr. Evan Rey Inocencio, to represent them at the IDDBA in New Orleans. They have a consolidator in the US that collates and ships all their frozen orders to the Philippines. He showed a lot of interest in Sweetaly Dolceneria’s desserts (Tiramisu, Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake, Strawberry Ricotta Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake) because of the taste and long shelf life (9 months). He already informed their consolidator about this. Landers has 5 branches in the Philippines.

Reverse Trade Mission to IDDBA We invited 3 companies – Ellise, Dongwon F&B, Gourmet F&B - to IDDBA show in New Orleans, LA and offered meetings with manufacturers and market tour to learn more CA dairy products. Ellise showed high interest in skim milk powder, butter and string cheese throughout the show. Dongwon F&B is interested in Di Stefano’s Mozzarella. Gourmet F&B is trying to test Di Stefano’s mozzarella and burrata as well as Rizo bros’ grilling cheese
