❖ California Dollar Sales % Change RCM Seal vs No Seal The chart below illustrates the percent change for each 4 week period in California, excluding fluid milk. The bars in yellow represent items with the Real California Milk Seal, while the items in black represent all items without the Seal. The good news is that items with the Seal continue growing in sales volume. Looking at the number of periods over a rolling year, items with the Seal have experienced positive growth in 12 out of 13 periods over this 52 week chart. The rate of growth also exceeds growth rates of items without the Seal.
