Last month we closed escrow on 3135 Harbor, the first escrow to close in Harborwalk in 2019 Sold for $700,000. We just closed escrow on 4711 San Sebastian in The Colony – Sold for $709,000. Opened escrow on 2305 Martinique – asking: $539,000. Due to close in May.
