MR. EDWARD M. F. BOYLE, Solicitor, died upon the 30th April, 1925, at his residence, Gurteen, Limavady. Mr. Boyle served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Benjamin H. Lane, Limavady ; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1895, and practised in partnership with Mr. William A. Lane, under the style of Lane & Boyle, at Limavady. New Members. The following have joined the Society : Glass, Charles M.. 33 Anglesea Street, Dublin. MacMahon, Charles G., Dundalk. McAuliffc, Stephen M., 11 Westmoreland Street, Dublin. Murphy, William, 44 South Mall, Cork. Russell, Charles M., Dundalk. Solicitors' Room at Law Courts. As a result of repeated representations on the part of the Council, a waiting-room has now been provided at the Law Courts, Dublin Castle, exclusively for the use of members of the Solicitors' profession. The room is situate next door to Court Number 6, which Court has been recently brought into use. Society's Calendar, 1925. The Society's Calendar and Law Directory for 1925, can be obtained at the Secretary's Office, 33 Molesworth Street, Dublin, price five shillings ; by post, five shillings and sixpence. Results of Examinations. At the Preliminary Examination held on 6th and 7th days of April, the following passed the Examination, and their names are arranged in order of merit :

Charles Louth passed the modified Pre– liminary Examination for which he had liberty to present himself. Eighteen candidates attended : sixteen passed ; two were postponed.
