the

meeting, said: The for which, under our Bye-laws, this meeting has been summoned, having been disposed of, I desire to address to you a few words in relation to professional matters which have occurred since we met last November. Amongst other names are those of Mr. James W. Blake (Galway), Mr. Whiteside Dane, D.L., Clerk of Crown and Peace for County Kildare from 1889 to 1921 ; Mr. James Murray (Lismore), Mr. Alfred Norman, Mr. John D. Coates, Mr. James Rose Byrne, Mr. Michael J. O'Meara (Birr), Mr. Henry A. MacauJay (Coleraine), Mr. Cyril F. McCav (Cavan),"Mr. W. Graham, Mr. J. M. McDowell, Mr. D. S. Doyle, Mr. E. M. F. Boyle, and Mr. John A. Long. With reference to the Solicitors' Buildings, the Government have apparently not made up their minds as to ' whether or not the formal business
