The CLIFTON brand is manufactured by Nickel-Electro Ltd. An independent family owned business, now in its third generation, the company is proud to be a British Manufacturer, specialising in the design and manufacture of temperature control equipment. Nickel-Electro has a philosophy of manufacturing everything on-site, in order to control lead time, quality and most importantly, cost. All Clifton water baths are pre- calibrated to NAMAS standards before leaving the South West based factory.

1 CLIFTON NE1 SERIES ANALOGUE WATER BATHS A range of economically priced unstirred water baths, ideal for educational use. Thermostatically controlled with a simple on/off switch, analogue temperature dial and temperature indicating lamp. If used above 60°C it is recommended to use the optional lid to maintain temperature and limit evaporation. Painted surfaces feature anti-bacterial finish with good chemical resistance. Lids available separately. Supplied without drainage tap, although a tap for the 22 litre tank is available (BAW-225-750).

2 CLIFTON NE1D DIGITAL WATER BATHS These Clifton unstirred digital water baths are designed for general use and are economically priced without compromising quality. They come with a simple digital controller for setting temperature in 1°C increments and are designed for immersion of flasks, bottles and racks in a highly stable temperature environment. Available in 4, 14 and 22 litre options, the 22 litre version includes a fast drainage outlet for ease of emptying (tap available separately). Lids are available separately, if required, to optimise performance when heating above 60°C.
