8. Front elbow / chest stretches
Starting position: Stand with the back toward the inside of the doorframe Extend the left arm above the midpoint between the hip and shoulder Keep the arm straight Grasp the doorframe with the left hand with the thumb pointing up Rotate the arm inside Keep this position for at least 10 seconds Repeat exercise on the other side
