8. Front elbow / chest stretches

Starting position: Stand with the back toward the inside of the doorframe  Extend the left arm above the midpoint between the hip and shoulder  Keep the arm straight  Grasp the doorframe with the left hand with the thumb pointing up  Rotate the arm inside  Keep this position for at least 10 seconds  Repeat exercise on the other side
