3. Standing knee stretch
Starting position: Stand upright with the right feet ~ 45 cm ahead of the left feet Keep the right knee straight and the left knee slightly bent Bend the trunk over toward the right knee. Slowly reach the hands toward the right foot, but don’t go further when you feel the stretch Keep this position for at least 10 seconds Repeat exercise on the other side
