3. Standing knee stretch

Starting position: Stand upright with the right feet ~ 45 cm ahead of the left feet  Keep the right knee straight and the left knee slightly bent  Bend the trunk over toward the right knee.  Slowly reach the hands toward the right foot, but don’t go further when you feel the stretch  Keep this position for at least 10 seconds  Repeat exercise on the other side
