4. Raised-leg knee stretch

Starting position: Stand upright with weight balanced on the left leg  Flex the right hip and place the right leg (with the knee straight) with the heel on a ground  Bend at the waist, rest//support with your hands on the left leg  Lower the trunk (flexing in the hip) toward the right leg, keeping the right knee and the back as straight as possible.  Feel the stretch in the right leg, upper backside  Keep this position for at least 10 seconds  Repeat exercise on the other side
