7. Calf stretches
Starting position: Stand facing a wall ~ 30 cm away Put both hands against the wall
While keeping the left foot in place, place the right foot 30 behind the left foot Lean your chest toward the wall while keeping the right heel on the floor Keep this position for at least 10 seconds Repeat exercise on the other side
