7. Calf stretches

Starting position: Stand facing a wall ~ 30 cm away  Put both hands against the wall

 While keeping the left foot in place, place the right foot 30 behind the left foot  Lean your chest toward the wall while keeping the right heel on the floor  Keep this position for at least 10 seconds  Repeat exercise on the other side
