2. Rowing back exercise

Starting position: Stand in front of the well-fixed pole at a distance of ~ 50 cm  Wrap the towel or similar non-elastic cloth around the pole  Lean slowly backward by extending the elbows.  Band the elbows and close your body to the pole  Keep your spine and legs straight and neck in the neutral position
