3. Full squat
Starting position: Take a wide stance position Stand with your feed a little bit wider as your shoulders, toes pointed outwards Cross your arms in front of your body Squat slowly by keeping the trunk straight and knees forced outward Go down as deeply as possible Reverse the movement and raise your body until to the starting position Keep the spine as straight as possible Breath in when going down, breath out when going up
