3. Full squat

Starting position: Take a wide stance position  Stand with your feed a little bit wider as your shoulders, toes pointed outwards  Cross your arms in front of your body  Squat slowly by keeping the trunk straight and knees forced outward  Go down as deeply as possible  Reverse the movement and raise your body until to the starting position  Keep the spine as straight as possible  Breath in when going down, breath out when going up
