Bava PIEDMONT

Since 1600, the Bava Family has grown grapes in Cocconato, a village on the steep hillsides of the Monferrato Astigiano territory, and in 1911, they built their first wine cellar. Today, the family estate extends in Monferrato and Langa, with fifty hectares of vineyards and twenty hectares of natural fields and woods, cultivated with the same awareness, care and attention of the olden times resulting in a sustainable agriculture with a reduced environmental impact. Bava Moscato D’Asti 12/750ML Bindi Sergardi’s winemaking origins date back to 1349. For 23 generations the family has been making wine in Vagliagli, Siena. Currently owned by Nocoli Sergardi, but helmed by his daughter Alessandra Casini Bindi Sergardi. Alessandra is dedicated to maintaining the authenticity and integrity of the winery by making wines that reflect the best the region has to offer. Capanna TUSCANY

The Capanna Farm, owned by the Cencioni family since 1957, is situated in the Montosoli area, north of Montalcino. Founded by Giuseppe Cencioni, it is currently helmed by his sons Benito and Franco, and is still family run from both a farming and winemaking viewpoint. Chazalettes & Co PIEDMONT

Chazalettes & Co was established in Turin, Italy, in 1876, and is one of the historical vermouth producers in the Piedmont. The heir of the founder, Giovanni Chazalettes, preserved all the family’s centenary recipes. And, thank you to both Giovanni and Francesca Bava, we can once again enjoy the original flavors of Vermouth della Regina Rosso and Bianco, and Extra Dry Vermouth, authentic to the profile of Vermouth di Torino.
