The Benefits of Yoga for Kids

By practicing yoga poses, children can learn how to exercise, develop confidence, and concentrate better. Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.
