Within Chivas we have an on-line Time & Attendance system – “My Options”.

The system is managed by our partners “Crown Workforce Management” and provides all Line Managers with the functionality to:

 Authorise and view team holidays  Register absences, including working from home  Authorise overtime  Enter clockings  Perform shift swaps  Clear exceptions

 Request holidays  Pre-book business travel and off-site working
