FIRST MATES MENTION FEBRUARY 2018

Happy Valentine’s Day The 2018 First Mate membership packets have been sent out. This is our notification for both renewal and recruitment of new members. Annual dues are due by March 31st, 2018. If you have any questions or have not received your information, please contact Colleen Hall, Membership Director at mossieoak@sbcglobal.net. Please remember, if any of your information has changed, update it so the 2018 First Mate Roster is correct. Preparations are ongoing for the 41st Annual First Mates Fashion Show, May 6, 2018 at Barrister Gardens in St. Clair Shores. Reservations are now being accepted by Jill Romatz. Tickets are $37 and include lunch and open bar. Details are available in the flyer included in this month’s Beacon. Items are needed for raffle drawings. If you have something you would like to donate, please contact Shelley Sweier - 248-330-2141 or at sasweier@gmail.com. Monetary donations are also welcome. Our membership meeting is scheduled for Saturday May 28, 2018 in the NCYC Clubhouse. All are welcome. Please come and share your time and talents with us. Ladies Week is planned for the week of June 10th and the end date is still TBD. This is a fun week and a great way to meet the ladies of the island and enjoy all the events that are planned.
