Repeatability (RSD r ) Thiamine

For all fourteen of the fortified product matrices analyzed, the overall repeatability averaged 2.5% RSD with a range of 1.39-4.4% RSD and all met the standard method performance requirements of ≤ 5% RSD. The Thiamine level in CLC10-B averaged 1.37 µg/100g. Riboflavin For all fourteen of the fortified product matrices analyzed, the overall repeatability averaged 5.0% RSD with a range of 1.51-8.67% RSD and 10 of the 14 met the standard method performance requirements of ≤ 5% RSD. The Riboflavin level in CLC10-B averaged 2.15 µg/100g. Total Pyridoxine For all fourteen of the fortified product matrices analyzed, the overall repeatability averaged 2.4% RSD with a range of 1.59-3.97% RSD and all met the standard method performance requirements of ≤ 5% RSD. The total Pyridoxine level in CLC10-B averaged 1.41 µg/100g. Total Niacin For all fourteen of the fortified product matrices analyzed, the overall repeatability averaged 2.5% RSD with a range of 1.42-5.48% RSD and all met the standard method performance requirements of ≤ 5% RSD. The total Niacin level in CLC10-B averaged 10.5 µg/100g.

Reproducibility (RSD R ) Thiamine

For all product matrices, reproducibility averaged 10.8% RSD with a range of 6.01-23.4% RSD. Nine of the 14 fortified products met the standard method performance requirements for reproducibility of ≤ 10% RSD for fortified products. I will discuss this in the general comments section. Riboflavin For all product matrices, reproducibility averaged 7.8% RSD with a range of 4.33-13.9% RSD.
