B reath in, breath out. Breathe slowly, breathe deeply using your diaphragm, and breathe through your nose – the three most important rules of the thumb you need to remember and apply. Vital for longer and healthier lives of your cells is your ability to expel carbon dioxide from your body and to take in a good quality of oxygen into your system. Proper breathing helps to lower heart rate, lower blood pressure and cardiac output, increase blood oxygen level, promote clear thinking, increase metabolism, improve circulation, relieve stress, and support detoxification otherwise, fatigue and a state of low energy will knock you out if not properly carried out.

7 O ne of the most important things to do, take a rest and get a sufficient amount of sleep. The most ideal is taking at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Remember that there is no enough food to support you from all your activities so you need to make amends by rewarding yourself with proper sleep so you can stay active during your fasting. Take small breaks or have small power naps. Do not exhaust yourself too much.
I mprove your body state with light exercise such as walking. Take time walking around God’s creation and refresh your mind with fresh air. It will give you a boost of energy instead of wearing you down. Schedule a time to do this on your daily routine like taking a short walk around your block or your building and boost your energy level for the rest of the day.
