Get sufficient amount of rest

Improve your breathing

7 O ne of the most important things to do, take a rest and get a sufficient amount of sleep. The most ideal is taking at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Remember that there is no enough food to support you from all your activities so you need to make amends by rewarding yourself with proper sleep so you can stay active during your fasting. Take small breaks or have small power naps. Do not exhaust yourself too much.

I mprove your body state with light exercise such as walking. Take time walking around God’s creation and refresh your mind with fresh air. It will give you a boost of energy instead of wearing you down. Schedule a time to do this on your daily routine like taking a short walk around your block or your building and boost your energy level for the rest of the day.
