BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT November 1 st – November 17 th , 2017

GL Bruno Associates Inc benefits are designed to meet the changing needs of your life. This year, we are pleased to announce that G.L. Bruno Associates, Inc. will continue to pay 100% of the employee only rate for the employer sponsored Platinum Full PPO 150/15 plan. For Buy-down plans, the employee pays the difference of what GLB pays for the Platinum PPO 150/15 plan. However, even though our plans are not changing significantly, you may have different needs than last year. Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review existing benefit elections and: • Change your plan choices • Add or drop dependents • Enroll in Voluntary Dental and Vision IMPORTANT! During Open Enrollment, you are selecting your benefits for December 1, 2017 – November 30, 2018. After Open Enrollment ends, you cannot change your benefit elections until the next Open Enrollment in 2018, unless you have a “qualified status change” like a change in your marital status, the birth of a baby or loss of coverage.
