Kuwait Pipeline 2010 exhibition Kuwait Pipeline Exhibition & Conference 2010 will take place in the Kuwait Mövenpick Convention Center from 26 to 28 April 2010. The event will provide a platform where industry leaders can address technical issues, introduce pioneering technology and share technological advances and operational experiences. It also aims to integrate companies that act in different segments of the pipeline industry: operation, construction, engineering, research and development, training and equipment suppliers. Kuwait Pipeline 2010 will feature the latest productsand technologies fromthe followingsectors: pipelinemanufacturers and suppliers; transmission pipelines; energy pipelines; water pipelines; pipeline rehabilitation and maintenance; pipeline coating services; oil and gas; petrochemical; water; and publications.

RathGibson’s North Branch facility earns certifications

PED 97/23/EC 7/2, Annex I, Paragraph 4.3 was also awarded. This European Union certification is given to manufacturers who have demonstrated high levels of safety and quality management systems for high pressure vessels. RathGibson manufactures highly engineered stainless steel, nickel, and titanium tubing for diverse industries such as chemical, petrochemical, power generation, oil and gas, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical, biotechnology, and general commercial.

RathGibson, a manufacturer of precision welded, welded and drawn, and seamless stainless steel, nickel, and titanium tubing, has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 management system and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certifications for its North Branch, New Jersey manufacturing plant. ISO 9001:2000 management system certification was given to RathGibson in recognition of its effective imple- mentation of documentation and records management, top administration’s commitment to customers, clear policy establishment, effectual planning and implementation, well-organised resource management, and efficient process control, measurement, and analysis.
