School Festival in L’ecole Vantan Osaka CMAB will continue to support this event at L’ecole Vantan Osaka, a professional culinary/cooking school. Students will develop recipes with California pepper jack cheese, smoked cheddar, and/or lemon caciocavallo, serving special California cheese menu items at the festival on October 7 th . We will contribute pepper jack cheese and smoked cheddar cheese for this event. Izumi Amano will participate as one of judges for student recipe contest. https://www.vantan.com/special/ce2018/osaka/ Wine Tasting Event by California Wine Institute We will participate in California Wine Tasting Event hosted by California Wine Institute October 29 th . Details are forthcoming. We expect to introduce/sample several California cheeses. About 600 people from food industry and media are expected to attend. Club California by Visit California Visit California (California Tourism) will conduct Club California, a tourism event for industry and media, in Tokyo on October 23 rd and Osaka on November 16 th . We will contribute cheese samples for each event. Cheese Festa 2018 We will continue to participate in Cheese Festa 2018 with USDEC, November 10 th & 11 th . We have space on a sub-stage to introduce California Dairy and Cheese with Chef Imai, of the Italian Restaurant “Pepe Rosso”. The event will occur at 3 pm on November 11 th . Nippon Mycella and Sekai Cheese, Inc., will sell California cheese during this event. https://www.cheesefesta.com/ During Jon Gianini, HarbyrCo ‘s visit in September: • AEP discussed with HarbyrCo plans to help provide California butter and cheeses. Jon will look for U.S. supplier who can make 5 kg, 2.5 kg and retail pack butter. AEP may consider to order the 2 nd container of Foster Farms butter. CMAB will follow up. • Thai Import Corporation (TIC) will work with CMAB and HarbyrCo on online marketing to create a social media page for Rockview milk to communicate brand messaging and sell online platform, school program as well as in-store promotion supports. The Company is also interested in importing various Artisan Cheese for adults and cheese for kids.
