CMAB Annual Processor Meeting The annual CMAB Processor Meetings were held at the end of September in Lodi and Anaheim, respectively. California dairy processing is fairly evenly split between Northern and Southern California. The turnout was great with about 50 attendees at each location. A survey was sent out immediately after the meetings with over 95% expressing positive views for content, meeting length and desire to attend another meeting. These meetings offer processors valuable content on dairy trends, innovation and promotional opportunities with a focus on higher value dairy products.
