New Processor Partners Three new ice cream processors and one butter processor have signed our agreement to use 100% California Milk to make their items including Miyaji Cream, McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams and Little Giant Ice Cream .

Our first newly signed processor is Miyaji Cream , located in Arcadia, CA. This is a new startup that will be focusing on ice cream and ice cream confectionery products. Currently, the CMAB is assisting Miyaji in sourcing the California dairy ingredients needed to make their products.

Our second new processor, McConnell’s Ice Cream , is based out of Santa Barbara, California and is a processor and marketer of their popular McConnell’s brand of premium pint ice cream products. They are specifically rejoining the CMAB to offer the Real California Milk Seal on products they are co-packing for other brand marketing companies.

Our third new processor, Little Giant Ice Cream , is a unique company that was started by two chefs, who own two restaurants in the Bay Area. They currently have one ice cream shop with plans to expand their number of shops as well as offer retail ice cream items. They currently make all of their own ice cream inclusions from scratch, as well as their own ice cream mix and ice cream. In order to scale the business to a larger operation, the CMAB is assisting them in selecting co-packers, sourcing California dairy ingredients and ingredient-flavor houses to supply ice cream inclusions.
