Adult & Senior Fitness Program

A dult & S enior F itness

In collaboration with Saint Joseph’s College, we are offering a comprehensive fitness program geared toward functional exercises which promote strength, balance and coordination. Zach Chase is a licensed athletic trainer working with athletes at Saint Joseph’s College and has experience working with all ages and fitness levels. This program will be in six-week sessions and will include a 30-minute evaluation at the beginning of the session. Evaluations take place before the program starts and consist of: movement screening, medical history and biometrics. Re-evaluations can be done every three months (for an additional fee) to track progress. Date: Mondays and Wednesdays 10/1/18 - 11/2/18 Time: 10:30 – 11:30 am Ages: Adults and Seniors Cost: Full Session (includes one evaluation): $160 Drop-in fee: $12 per class (for those who have had an evaluation) 30-minute evaluation: $40 Location: Saint Joseph’s College in the dance room. Instructor: Zach Chase, L-ATC, Assistant Athletic Trainer, Saint Joseph’s College Additional Services Available: Nutrition Package: This includes an hour-long package and includes nutritional education, BMI, body fat percentage, and hip/ waist measurements.
