The hills are alive! A brand-new production of The Sound of Music is coming to Merrill Auditorium. The beloved musical story of Maria and the von Trapp Family will once again thrill audiences with its Tony ® –, Grammy ® –, and Academy Award ® -winning Best Score, including “My Favorite Things,” “Edelweiss,” and the title song.

MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS Bruce Hangen, Portland Symphony Orchestra’s first Magic of Chirstmas conductor, is back to bring Maine’s biggest holiday tradition to the stage at Merrill Auditorium! Get into the spirit of the holiday season with this traditional favorite Christmas concert matinee, featuring the Portland Symphony Orchestra and the Portland Community Chorus. Date: Friday, 12/14/18 (limited tickets available) Time: Depart 12:30 pm (2:00pm performance) Cost: $36. No refunds after OCT 1st unless a replacement can be found.
