B. Right to Edit Grades in ET to go live ASAP: Keri Cole made the motion that we be given the rights to edit grades (registrar and ELC). Buffy Matthews seconded. Motion PASSED with majority.

C. Canvas Catalog Template Design: Link provided for voting. Majority voted for option 1 on catalog template design.

D. Instructional Technology Committee 1. Motion to go into a tutoring RFP - RFP requirements needed for expected service. EMCC seconded. Passed. 2. Motion to extend the Link-Systems NetTutor contract one extra year at no extra pay while in RFP to use hours we have already paid. MGCCC/MCC seconded. Passed. 3. Motion to end RTR contract with Link-Systems and exhaust funds. ICC seconded. Passed. 4. Update on scheduling software/proctoring service search: We have been exploring options for a scheduling software that integrates with Canvas, has an open API (to interact with the proctoring system), and can utilize Canvas API calls to pull Canvas quiz data and create custom reports. So far, we have found two scheduling software companies that believe they can create the custom work for us. This would mimic what we have now with SmarterProctor and Registerblast. The companies are Appointments Plus and TimeEdit. Our committee has watched demos and the companies appear to understand and have the ability to meet our needs. We have a detailed document complete with a general mock-up of the page views that we would need for this custom product. I will email it out to everyone. Please take the time to read over the document and send me any additions, edits, or questions for this product. As Krista mentioned, we will need to go into RFP for this product and would need to vote to move to RFP at the August meeting.

Open Forum

A. eBook Charge Discussion (Kimberly Ellis) – Bookstore and Business Office are concerned about revenue lost by students from non-local colleges. The non-local students are receiving an $80 ebook for free via the RedShelf integration. PRCC presents several options to help with the issue, but PRCC feels that this should be a MELA solution and not just PRCC. Vital Source does not charge their colleges for non- local students.

B. ET Dates (Tish Stewart) – Tish takes the blame for midterm dates.

C. ET Modifications - ET Cross Training at MCCB Level in the ET for features and functionality of roles.
