D. Virtual Budget (Tish Stewart) – The budget was not accurate based on what was provided (Holmes group did not approve a vote). Recommendation to review it closely in future. E. ET Data Discussion (Tish Stewart) – The Enrollment Data in the ET is no longer accurate since all students are not in the ET. Data should be correct if it’s going to be out there, but it is no longer efficient for a college comparison. Request for information regarding sharing, etc, from audit. MCCB can share information with MELA group for VCC files.

F. August Meeting (Kimberly Ellis) – Need to reschedule meeting on the 8 th due to Convocation.
