User Role Affected: ELC, ELC Assistant, Registrar  ET Tab Locations: Textbook – Textbook Utilities  Requestor: Tish Stewart  Description of Feature Request: Need a textbook file that will download current textbooks and be in the correct form to be uploaded for the next semester (term, district, ISBN, type, author, title, publisher, comment). Leave the term column empty. Put extra columns at the end of the file (status, entry date, entry person, mod date, mod person). j. Outstanding Feature Requests—Prior to February 2018 i. ET Feature Request Status: In Progress  ET Tab Locations: Reports – Grades for Non-Holmes Courses  Requestor: Tish Stewart  Description of Feature Request: Separate report by school and course on individual pages. Notes from MCCB: Ive needs a specific type of software to make this work. The software has been purchased. Admins can’t create exam inside of a class if they aren’t a teacher in the class. SmarterProctoring most likely has to change our role to correct this issue. Changes apply to all users for each school. Let Sean Doty know if you need this feature. Shalon will tell Sean to turn it on for all schools if desired. Instructor noticed duration of the exam is not syncing from Canvas correctly, and he cannot edit the duration in SP 2.0. May have to ask Sean to edit minute increments. Status: Complete. b. Campus locations are not correct when students make appointments. Status: Complete. Instructor sets up Proctored Exam and gets “Proctor Type Required” error and can’t finish setting up exam. Status: Complete. Training and Support documentation for Instructors and Students hasn’t been updated—Status: Complete. When an instructor sets up their Proctored Exam in SP, on the Proctor Settings section, there is an option for them to choose whether or not to Require Approval.
