CHANGES IN LEGAL PROTECTION OF NATURE PROTECTION IN THE PROVISION OF BUILDINGS AND CHANGES IN TERRITORIAL USE

Abstract This paper focuses on the most important amendments adopted by the Czech Parliament this year (2017) related to relationship between nature and landscape protection andbuilding permitting process. Taking account the number of adopted changes (Parliament adopted important amendments of Building Act, Nature and Landscape Protection Act and Environmental Impact Assessment Act), the article concerns with the procedural aspects of nature protection, especially the tools of nature protection in the building permitting process.
