An over rated cover addressed to U.S. Force in China c/o U.S. Headquarters, Shanghai, on front bearing CNC First Shanghai Union surcharged $1 on $100 on 1c HK print Martyrs single stamp and strip of 4, plus one single stamp on reverse, both tied by bilingual 'SHANGHAI' cds, date 'sept. 45', day is unclear.
