F. Order and send Prerequisite Readings to each registrant for the school with instructions to be read prior to attending the school.

IV. Host Your School

A. Host your school following your planned schedule (minute by minute), adjusting as needed, all the while staying as close to your schedule as possible (refer to the Evangel Session Summary in the Appendix).

B. Commission Teams

1. The formal commissioning of each team is a key part of the school.

2. Feel free to open this up to others to come and celebrate with the teams for this service.

C. Evangel Assessor Coaches complete charters, and Field Coaches (if present) and Deans sign off on charters (see “Evangel Church Plant Charter Form” in the Appendix)

A. “Submit Evangel School Reports”

B. Register how many church plant teams attended, along with each Church Plant Team name, team leader name, team target area, and what group they are a part of

C. List the Evangel Coaches for each team, as well as the Field Coach for each team.

D. Upload final team charter and picture for each team.
