VII. Follow Up With Teams and Field Coaches

A. E-mail approved charters to Field Coach for each team.

B. Field Coach sets up and hosts quarterly meetings (3 month, 6 month, 9 month) with team; completing the quarterly report – www.tumi.org/evangel

2. The Evangel Field Coach Quarterly Report is a form that guides the Field Coach in their quarterly review of their Church Plant Team.

VIII. Close Out Team Charters

A. Field Coach meets with team at end of year for wrap up and presents Antioch blessing.

B. Field Coach submits 12-month wrap up report and send to Evangel Dean.

C. Evangel Dean forwards on to National Director of Church Planting for approval.

D. National Director of Church Planting approves and closes off Charter.
