Mini-Circuits’ Reflectionless Band Pass Filter, 2350 to 3150MHz Mini-Circuits’ XBF-282+ is a reflectionless band pass filter with a passband from 2350 to 3150MHz. The filter provides 3.2dB passband insertion loss, 15dB lower stop band rejection from DC to 1810MHz, and 20dB upper stop band rejection up to 20000MHz. It can handle RF input power up to 2W in the passband and 0.5W in the stopband, and it provides a wide operating temperature range from -55 to +105°C. Fabricated using GaAs IPD process technology, the filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’X-seriesofreflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal reflections, allowing them to be paired with sensitive devices such as mixers and multipliers without the need for extra components like attenuators, significantly improving system performance and saving board space. Dynamic Range MMIC Amplifiers Supports

Applications from 0.05 to 6GHz Mini-Circuits’ PHA-1H+ advanced wideband MMIC amplifier delivers ultra-high dynamic range for a wide variety of applications from 0.05 to 6GHz. Fabricated using E-PHEMT process technology, the amplifier provides ultra-high OIP3 of +40.4dBm, P1dB of +22dB, 13.8dB gain, and low noise figure of 2.2dB. Industry-leading IP3 performance relative to device size and power consumption makes this model ideal for use in driver amplifiers for complex waveform upconverter paths, drivers in linearized transmit systems, and secondary amplifiers in high-dynamic-range receivers. The model also has good input and output return loss over a broad frequency range without the need for external matching components. It operates on a single 5V supply and comes housed in a tiny, thermally-efficient SOT- 89 package (0.10x0.09x0.18”) with SnAgNi lead finish.
