C&M makes

Fastener Expo has new website

C&M Corporation of Connecticut, a manufacturer of bulk cable, coil cords and cable assemblies, has announced the appointment of two new additions to its sales and marketing and engineering departments. Ron Crouch has joined the company in the role of applications engineer. With over thirty years in the industry, Crouch has held engineering positions at Brand Rex, Montrose, Tyco, and Belden. He was instrumental in the design of the original IBM cabling system, the forerunner of today’s ethernet-based systems.

In his new role, Crouch will be responsible for project management and product development. He holds an electrical engineering degree from Thames Valley State College. Additionally, C&M has appointed Danielle Braley as the new military and renewable energy market manager. Prior to joining C&MBraley led the North American Fire Protection Business unit at Draka Cableteq. She has also held positions in the engineering department at Polaroid.

The National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo has a completely new and updated website, announced by Susan A. Hurley, CEM, general manager. The new features include more buttons on the menu, a testimonials page, exhibitor resource center, space selection page, attendee rules page and much more, plus a new look to the VR2 exhibit floor plan. Jim Bannister and Mike McGuire, general partners,

said of the new site, “We urge everyone to click on www.fastenershows.com.... You can view a current list of exhibiting companies for the 2012 Expo and then locate their exhibit space on the floor plan. You will find a lot of red-shaded booths. These are already sold.” ‘North America’s Largest’ Fastener Expo will be held 10 th to 12 th October 2012 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada USA.
